I have to tell you about my favourite auto supply store! It’s in Sackville, Nova Scotia, Canada, so if you’re not in the area, you might not find this very helpful. LOL. It’s called R&A Automotive Supplies – located at 668 Sackville Drive in the heart of Lower Sackville. Why do I like them so much?

R&A Automotive has awesome prices, and excellent service! The service staff are helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. R&A Automotive Supplies carries most (if not all) of the major automotive brands you would expect. R&A doesn’t have a website, but they have a phone number! Choosing a Mattress

Time for a new mattress! I really had no idea how important a good mattress is for a restful and healthy sleep. I always thought “a mattress is a mattress,” show me where the cheap (in-expensive LOL) ones are.

While doing a little research the other day, I found some excellent information regarding mattress selection, mattress construction, mattress maintenance, and the history of “the mattress.”

One site in particular caught my eye – www.mattressknowledge.com It has a simple and effective design, and is very easy to read and follow. It has about a dozen or so informative pages that should make choosing your next mattress a much easier task!
